Bradley Luff CMIOSH MIIRSM


Brad developed an interest in health and safety while working for one of the country's leading garage servicing organisations as well as spending time in construction training. He rose from the shop floor to management and rapidly gained a reputation for staff development having designed one of the first "modularised" training packages for his company. Since starting Elken Associates Ltd Brad has worked on a number of projects including Wembley ‘New’ National Stadium and regularly works with NEBOSH as a Construction Practical Moderator, Examiner and Diploma Assignment Marker.


Brad specialises in risk management, investigative work and site inspection, (including Construction Site/Scaffold inspection)and various aspects of safety training Brad is also a member of ZULU 10 First Responders unit supporting the Eastern Region Ambulance Service


In 2012 Brad was assigned to The Royal Artillery Barracks as venue safety advisor for the London Olympic shooting events and then the Paralympic shooting and archery events. As well as ensuring construction work was completed safely Brad also held the day to day responsibility for ensuring the safety of spectators and competitors alike


Gillian Luff


Gillian partners Brad following a long and varied career which has included positions such as Wages Clerk, Office Manager, Factory Manager (specialising in plastics), Credit Controller and more recently a Health Care Worker in a  Psychiatric Hospital. Although Gill has a wide range of skills and experience it is her background in finances that she will be bringing  to Elken Associates Ltd as she takes over the accounting role with in the company.

Following over 50 years service in the health, Safety and Training Industry Ken has now decided that it is time to retire and we wish him well in the future
