Bradley Luff CMIOSH MIIRSM

 

Brad developed an interest in health and safety while working for one of the country's leading garage servicing organisations as well as spending time in construction training. He rose from the shop floor to management and rapidly gained a reputation for staff development having designed one of the first "modularised" training packages for his company. Since starting Elken Associates Brad has worked on a number of projects including Wembley ‘New’ National Stadium and regularly works with NEBOSH as a Construction Practical Moderator, Examiner and Diploma Assignment Marker.

 

Brad specialises in risk management, investigative work and site inspection, (including Construction Site/Scaffold inspection)and various aspects of safety training Brad is also a member of ZULU 13 First Responders unit supporting the Eastern Region Ambulance Service

 

Ken Johnson CMIOSH

 

Ken has over 30 years experience in health and safety, training and human resource development. As a printing compositor, he rose from shop floor to senior management before being invited to join the Printing and Publishing Industry Training Board. As a Senior Training Adviser, Ken acted in that role and as a management consultant for some 70 companies. He also had prime responsibility for advising on and auditing training in the national newspapers in Fleet Street. Leaving the PPITB, he set up his own training company, which eventually employed some 120 staff delivering training to National Standards. As an accomplished lecturer, he developed the first joint health and safety in printing course for managers and trade union representatives in 1974.

 

Ken provides support for the business in terms of ensuring they work to the latest standards and legislation
