Accident Investigation
Although we hope to prevent accidents there are times when ‘accidents happen’. In this event employers are required to carry out a full investigation in order to find the immediate and underlying causes in order to prevent the accident happening again. Accident investigation requires a number of different skills which Elken associates have developed over a number of year. Our investigations our thorough and impartial seeking not to blame but simply to stop reoccurrence. Where required we will also ensure that any reporting to the authorities under RIDDOR is carried out.
